At HATOR, we stand by the quality of our high-performance gear and offer a 30-day return window for all electronics in their original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our streamlined process ensures a quick resolution or full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your HATOR account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Pack with Care
Securely place the electronics in their original box with all included accessories and manuals, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the shipping carton.
- 3.Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location to be sent back to our inspection center.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
